For over forty years, we’ve welcomed him into our homes to tell us stories of animals and cultures from the other side of the planet – and the ones in our backyards. We’ve trekked through jungles, sat with gorillas and slid over frozen ice with him over nearly fifty years of broadcasting. He has been instrumental in changing the way we think about our world and our understanding of science.
Many of us will never have the opportunity to meet him to personally thank Sir David for his stories. Or maybe tell him your story of an animal. However, we can write to him even in this busy world of emails, Facebook and Twitter. Why not?
Letters for Sir David is for anyone with something they have always wanted to say to him. It’s shared with everyone on the internet and people yet to find the internet.
Sir David is someone who has been inspirational to so many people from all over the world. It’s time to forward the inspiration and to say “Thank you, Sir David”.
